Digga is a Yatala, Queensland based (with five branches nationwide) Australian manufacturer of machinery accessories and attachments for heavy equipment and construction machinery ranging from excavators, skid steers and more, with facilities in the UK and the US catering to overseas markets. A Brief History of Digga Machinery

It may come to a surprise, but Digga started in the 80’s as a solo operation of its founder, Stewart Wright whose humble beginnings saw him use a public telephone box outside of an Eight Mile Plains caravan park to take orders and keep in touch with customers. Not even a decade later, Digga were running automated manufacturing and exporting their products overseas with their reach extending to Europe. Not content with just manufacturing, Digga moved to innovate with the establishment of a dedicated R&D team (a rarity in Australia) headed by its founder some twenty years later. These days, Digga Machinery still maintains their local facilities on the northern outskirts of the Gold Coast in Yatala and even runs manufacturing operations out of USA due to the growing demand for their products in North America. Digga’s Yatala shop boasts being the most advanced machining facility in the whole of Queensland.
